  • Pandit/priest bookings

  • Home puja setup arrangements

  • Puja kits and religious items delivery

  • Customized rituals and event coordination

All services are subject to availability and geographical limits.

5. Your Responsibilities

As a User, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete personal and payment information.

  • Use a valid and authorized payment method for Transactions.

  • Cooperate fully for successful service delivery (e.g., presence at delivery, venue details for puja setup, communication with our team).

  • Keep your order details, transaction ID, and communications secure and confidential.

  • Refrain from engaging in fraudulent, abusive, or misleading behavior on the Platform.

  • Contact us immediately in case of a dispute, duplicate payment, or service issue.

You are solely responsible for your actions and usage of the Platform in compliance with applicable laws and cultural sensitivity.

6. Merchant’s Rights

Pujasathi.com reserves the right to:

  • Collect, use, and store your personal and transaction data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

  • Contact you via phone, email, or WhatsApp for service confirmation, support, or feedback.

  • Modify or cancel any service in case of unavailability, misuse, or policy violations.

  • Refuse or cancel a service if fraud, misrepresentation, or abuse is suspected.

  • Share data with relevant third parties (e.g., delivery partners, priests) only to fulfill the Transaction.

We also reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Platform for violation of these Terms.

7. Prohibited Actions

Users must not:

  • Misuse, disrupt, or exploit the Platform for unauthorized commercial purposes.

  • Use fake identity or credentials.

  • Post or share harmful, disrespectful, or unlawful content.

  • Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or bypass Platform security.

  • Use bots, scrapers, or automated systems for data extraction.

  • Harass or threaten any team member or service provider.

Violation of these rules may result in legal action and suspension of services.

8. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Full refund will be issued if the service is canceled by Pujasathi.

  • If the User cancels before dispatch/preparation, a partial or full refund may be provided based on progress of the service.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Refund requests can be submitted via email or WhatsApp with the transaction details.

9. Limitation of Liability

Pujasathi.com is not liable for:

  • Delays due to external factors (e.g., priest availability, traffic, weather).

  • User’s error in providing address, contact, or incorrect timing.

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pujasathi, its team, and partners from any claim, liability, or loss arising out of your breach of these Terms.

10. Reviews and Feedback

You may leave reviews on services used, subject to:

  • Truthfulness and first-hand experience.

  • No abusive, hateful, or discriminatory language.

  • No promotion of competitors or false information.

We reserve the right to edit, reject, or remove any review at our sole discretion.

11. Privacy & Data Usage

All user data is stored and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Data is shared only as necessary to complete your booking or fulfill services. Sensitive data is protected with security measures and not disclosed unnecessarily.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute shall be governed by the laws of India. Disputes that cannot be resolved amicably shall be submitted to arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with the seat of arbitration in Kolkata, West Bengal, and proceedings conducted in English.

Both parties shall initially try to mutually appoint a sole arbitrator. Failing which, appointment shall be made as per the provisions of the Arbitration Act.
