1. Delivery Coverage & Timelines

  • We currently deliver pan-India to locations serviceable by our logistics partners.

  • Estimated delivery time for puja kits and products is generally 3 to 7 working days, depending on your location.

  • For services such as Pandit booking or Home Puja Setup, delivery timelines are based on prior appointment and availability.

  • You agree that delivery dates are estimates unless a fixed date has been expressly confirmed in writing.


2. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order value.

  • Any shipping cost will be included as part of the Transaction Amount shown before you confirm the order.

  • Orders above a certain value may be eligible for free shipping, subject to promotions or region.


3. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link or update via WhatsApp, SMS, or email.

  • For service-based bookings (e.g., Pandit ji), our team will call or message you to confirm arrival details.

  • If you have not received any update after dispatch, please contact our support team.


4. Delays and Undelivered Orders

If you haven’t received your delivery:

  • And 7 days have passed since the estimated delivery date,

  • Or the tracking status shows delivered but you did not receive it,

5. Return Shipping for Refunds or Replacements

If your product is:

  • Defective, damaged, or not as described, and

  • Eligible for a return or replacement (as per our Refund Policy),

Then:

  • Our team will guide you on how to return the item.

  • Return shipping charges (if any) will be borne by us only if the issue was caused from our end.

  • If the return is due to incorrect information provided by the user (e.g., wrong address, missed delivery attempts), return shipping costs may be charged to the user.


6. Service Area Exceptions

While we aim to deliver to as many pin codes as possible, there may be remote or restricted zones where delivery may not be feasible. In such cases:
