Once a Transaction is completed, cancellations are not guaranteed unless specifically mentioned or permitted under certain conditions outlined below.
2. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of a service is permitted only before the processing or preparation has begun (e.g., before a pandit is assigned or a puja kit is dispatched).
Requests for cancellation must be made immediately by contacting us through email or WhatsApp.
We reserve the right to accept or decline cancellation requests based on the stage of service preparation.
Cancellations requested after dispatch or service initiation may not be accepted.
3. Refund Policy
Refunds are subject to the following conditions:
Eligible Scenarios for Refund:
You did not receive the service/product as described on our Platform.
You received an incorrect or defective puja kit or service.
The service was canceled by Pujasathi due to unavailability, natural causes, or logistical issues.
Ineligible Scenarios for Refund:
Change of mind after booking.
Absence or unavailability at the time of service delivery.
User provided incorrect information or delivery address.
How to Request a Refund:
Submit your refund request within 3 days of the Transaction date.
